Next, we want to meet with you, ideally over a cup of coffee or a meal, to listen and learn what matters most to you.

Once we have a clear understanding of your priorities, we work closely with you to shape an agreement that achieves your goals and aligns our interests. In many cases, we use our unique Purchase-Partner structure to fully align our interests towards maximizing the value of your property through the entitlement process. (Please note that the Purchase-Partner option is not available for all properties.)

Throughout the process, we emphasize clear and proactive communication. Before entering into a contract, we will walk you through any potential entitlement challenges. Once under contract, we provide consistent monthly updates so you are always informed about our progress.

Even if we are ultimately unsuccessful in obtaining the necessary entitlements, we ensure the process still brings value to you. In addition to any cash you retain under the contract terms, we will provide a complete summary of all work done on your behalf including zoning research, platting progress, utility coordination, and any other development related approvals. You will also receive copies of surveys, engineering reports, and a list of all builders and developers we engaged with regarding your property.
